Louis Monters

The freespirited eldest son of Robert Monters. He can often be found in the bars and inns of the River Ward. Although a lover of wine and women, he has a great sense of justice, all 3 often getting the young Monters in great trouble with the powers that be. Because of this he is much closer to his uncle Vasily Monters, who has a much stronger sense of justice than his brother, who as Lieutenant Governer has a much more pragmatic view on justice.
