Vasily Monters

Lord Councilor and head of the Monters family. The elder Monters brother is far more idealistic than the younger Robert Monters. He can often be found arguing his point both inside and outside of council meetings, much to the dismay of the other families. In Gramhold the noble families prefer to settle such political and economic matters in private.
