The hunted

As the party returns to Phandalin, they see a figure in the sky. Circling above Phandalin is Cryovain the white Dragon. After he completes two rounds, his head focusses on them and with two swift flaps of his wings, he comes over to them. A beam of cold water immediately turning to ice washes over them.
