Gardain is an accomplished merchant who keenly fealt the burden of his clan’s tarnished honor. He became a devout follower of Dumathoin to seek a means to restore his clan’s standing.
As Gardain came closer to fulfilling his goal, he became even more intense and devoted. His business suffered as a result, but he saw that as a small price to pay for the future of his clan. Since the successful restoration of his clan's honor, he has devoted himself to presenting the clan in the most positive light, risking much to enhance its standing by supporting fledgling enterprises like the restoration of Sundabar and the promotion of Firehammer Hold.
