Hunter's Guild

The Hunter's Guild has been a vital institution since the Sundering, dedicated to safeguarding cities and villages from the myriad threats that emerged in the wake of the divine cataclysm. Composed of two distinct units, the guild operates with precision: the Dark Robes, who focus on abherrations and creatures that roam the night, and the Colored Robes, who specialize in dealing with elementals and the dangers posed by Plane Tears. Their expertise is essential for maintaining the safety and security of communities across the continent, and the Colored Robes are invaluable as the only organization that captures and binds elementals to stones.

Their headquarters was initially situated near Bastion in the Refuge, but the guild faced increasing political pressure that forced them to relocate to Ravenstone, a decision that stemmed from escalating tensions with the Elemental Sanctum. The Colored Robes viewed the Sanctum’s practices with suspicion, believing they tampered with forces beyond their comprehension. As the Sanctum’s influence grew, an infamous clash ensued in the Refuge, culminating in the Radiant Guard decisively trouncing a regiment of guild hunters. This defeat dealt a significant blow to the guild’s reputation, compelling them to establish their headquarters in the west, where they continue to operate as guardians against the chaos of their world, determined to protect the innocent and restore their standing.
