Second Foundation

The Second Foundation is intended to be built on Helicon . It's secret is to be kept completely separate from the members of the first Foundation.
Only Dr. Hari Seldon and Raych Foss were to know of this second Foundation.
However, upon her arrival on The Raven , Gaal Dornick was able to get out of Dr. Seldon's conscience that he was going to Helicon to set up the Second Foundation. He would give her no more information, and Dornick left The Raven frustrated.
