The highest-ranking members are older scholars who hold vast knowledge in such fields as philosophy, magic, history and astronomy. They are the leaders of the institution but also act as advisors to government officials, or hold such positions themselves. They oversee the education of students, manage the archives and make decisions regarding the direction of the institution.Culture
The institution is considered prestigious; with strict codes of conduct, hierarchies and initiations. Students and faculty, from across the spectrum, are encouraged to forge bonds with one another, share in bountiful city-wide festivities and scout for marriage prospects.
Public Agenda
From all across the Four Corners, the scions of nobility are required to spend the last three years of their school life in Ca-Chisneu. To keep a close eye on what they are taught, these learned individuals live in communal dormitories, share meals and spend these years mastering arts ranging from healing to warfare.
History
Famous Graduates
Sinqa Ñisqa was a talented waif from the coast who did everything.
While tuition, food and accommodations were guaranteed via a special scholarship, he took on additional work at the Supaypa-Huasin which granted his reputation an air of dangerousness.

Kuba Sañu Kamayuq was a Dhani nobleman too sporty for school. His father had sent him to the capital as part of his training in herbal medicine so he could follow in his footsteps.
Instead, he had spent his time generally being disruptive but very very popular. So much so, that he would employ the connections he tied there to raise a rebellion that got frighteningly close to the capital.

The young scholars are either sent by noble families, as part of their societal duties, or selected for their potential in other intellectual pursuits. Life for a student is highly structured, focusing on intense study, meditation, and practical work. Students are expected to contribute to the institution by copying documents, maintaining spaces and assisting with rituals where appropriate.Servants and Guardians
Yachaywasi is also maintained by an order of servants who tend to the students' needs, maintain the grounds and perform manual labour where necessary for the upkeep of facilities. Guardians, often elite warriors, provide security and ensure that everyone housed within are protected.Territories

The campus itself is a sprawling stone complex, with terraces sinking into the mountain interior; allowing for the stepped terraces circling a deep ravine at the center. This offers natural protection from the heat and a sense of isolation that fosters introspection and study.Technological Level

Rather than the terraced roofs being used for growing gardens, they are covered in sand. This sand serves a dual role:- To act as a testing ground for future tacticians
