Auregelmir skies
Em
In frigid vast Auregelmir, a kingdom forged in north,
G
Where frost and ice reign sovereign, behemoths come forth.
D
The Rhinoceros, a creature now in servitude contained,
C
From wild and raging beast to loyal burden, it has gained.
Em
Upon their backs, the Váryag, the monarchy elite,
C
In snow-crowned armor gleaming, upon a regal seat.
D
To safeguard royal blood their purpose, duty calls them forth,
B7
In brotherhood with beasts, they guard the king, assert his worth.
Em C
As if the mount and rider one combined in heart and soul,
D Em
In unison they move, two halves that form a single whole.
Em C
Across the fields of battle, their sight inspires dread,
D B7 Em
Where Váryag and their mounts tread, lesser men have fled.
Em C D Em
Em
Beneath the dance of northern lights, a spectacle so grand,
G
The rhinos and their riders, in defiance, they withstand.
D
Their mission clear, their purpose bold, resolve that never dies,
B7 ~ Em
Guarding their king, his tale etched 'neath Auregelmir skies.

Author's Notes
A Freelander song about the rhinos and their riders of Auregelmir. The Freelands being highly inspired in part by the early USA, imagine this being a western style song performed by only a man and his guitar, telling tales and making myths by the campfire.
Tried my best to align the chords, but it keeps getting messed up. Sorry if things look funky, do tell if you have a good solution for spacing the chords!
