WEB COLONY
The Web Colony was an Independent Core System Colonies colony located on the moon Etna orbiting the planet Volcus. The Web Colony handled energy piped from Volcus and transferred it to power cells for export.
Due to the impossibility of terraforming the moon, the Web was built under a pressurized dome and housed 200,000 inhabitants. It received nearly unlimited energy taken from Volcus by the V-23 Orbital Collector.
