Goddess of Wisdom

The goddess of Wisdom covers as her remit not only science, philosophy and education, but also the art and strategy of war. She is commonly depicted as a tall woman, athletic and muscular but still attractive despite her severe bearing. She is known in Pelopon as Myrmidia (the capital Myrmidos is named after her). In Khemri she is known as Sekhmet and is depicted as having a lion's head and is worshipped with great devotion by the Basti (who sometimes depict her as a lioness-Basti herself). Her symbol is a spear behind a shield, which is worn as an amulet or charm by many of her followers.
