Khemri

A thanocentric people ruled by hereditary kings and a class of necromancer priests. Thanks to the annual flooding of the Great River their land is fertile but many resources are plowed into the necropolises outside the cities which soon become larger than the cities of the living themselves. The near-humans species the Basti are native to Khemri.
