Jinja

A major city built straddling the outflow from Lake Nalubaale (the source of the Great River). It is the capital city of the great mountain kingdom that dominates the region of the Savanna People and Sheba.

The city is built on a roughly east-west orientation, consisting of two walled enclosures joined by a bridge over the outflow from Lake Nalubaale. The westernmost enclosure is where the common people of the city live and work; it is filled with houses, marketplaces, warehouses and so forth. The easternmost enclosure is the royal precinct where the King's palace, civil buildings, nobles houses, harem, and the barracks of the royal guard are found.
