Dov'Dramach (Dohv-dra-maak)

Dov'Dramach is the region that encompasses the entire western half of Sahandra. The Region is as ancient as it is mysterious. The land is the sacred home of all Dragons of Gaia, and held as thier ancestral home.

It is said this is where the Ancient Combine Capitol resides, as The Guild of Lore has decided that the Great Combine Empire, was led by dragons in the past.

The Empire of Dragons

The Empire of Dragons is where most refer to the entire Dov'Dramach region, few lesser races are allowed within its borders and those who are, usually are not returning. A few border outposts are all most of the world sees of the land. Those who have returned have reported marvels unseen by mortal eyes, and lands adrift in the air as if the sky were a sea itself. Everything within the region is suposidly ran from Sky Temple and the enigmatic group of elder dragons known as the Terixyi Dracona.
A few more glimpses within this land came from dragons who openly discuess thier home. They usually speak with pride and hjonor about the lands of the Dragons, how alien it is to the world, and how it remained untainted by mortal hands for hundreds of thousands of years.

Geography

The entire region fo Dov'Dramach is dramatic as it is mysterious. It ranges from Plains, to mountains, to wetlands desert, and jungle. There is even a crystal forest within it's regions. Each region of Dov'Dramach is recognized as its own place and certian Dragon clans call these areas thier places of nest. It ranges from Cold, to hot; wet to dry and the landscape is untouched by many.
A total of Seven Great Lakes dot the lands within Dov'Dramach each with thier own story according to the dragons that cal it home. Rivers usually connect these lakes with one another.
The Land is broken up by several mountains that jet up from the land. These Mountains are also sacred to the Dragons of Dov'Dramach, as many renown dragons within the clans call each one thier home for thier flights.
The crystal forest is one of a kind, and not a single one exists elsewhere on Gaia. The guild of Lore is most interested about this location but they are unable to reach the land.

The Dragon Necropolis, Ikthirall

Within the deeper parts of Dov'Dramach there is a Draconic structure known as Ikthirall, a Dragon Necropolis. Whe na Dragon passes, it is ususally a phenmonon that is met with Ritual and Mourning. This structure is one of the largbest 'cities' built purly by dragon claws. It is built more like a temple or shrine than it is a city. One can only imagine the emotions that could be felt here.

The Overealm

In the skies above Dov'Dramach floats several huge landmasses. Shards of this are seen by all, but mostly when the timing is right these realms appear. They drift amongst the clouds high high above. These lands are even more alien than Dov'Dramach is. These lands are enriched with a material that allows them to float known as Aeroium.
These lands were first spotted by Sattlelite images taken by Gaian super powers at the time of Acension. It has created quite the buzz amongst these nations, but most refrain from exploiting this due to the holiness of the land to the Dragonkin.

History

It is rumored the Old Combine Empire's capitol was within this reagion and the reason why no one could find it was due to how closed off the dragons are to the rest of the world. Not only is the land home ot dragons, it is also home to dragonkin, which includes Draknoids, Kobolds, And other races that share dragon blood. These make up the "citizens" of the realm who often see the Dragons as Gods or rulers.

Stance on Domingo

An interesting fact is how the Dragons view the Domingo, a race of artificial creation that shares dragon blood. The yare seen as a mortal creation and shunned openly and directly in the realms. Sometimes they are even killed. Due to this they view Isarians with the least favor of all races on Gaia.
There are no laws protecting Domingo or Isarian alike in these lands and it takes a considerable amount of diplomacy to be allowed to even step foot on these lands. Many Domingo who fled the war of Sassliss have found out about the hatred toeards thier kind with a heavy heart. To the dragons the Domingo are the tainted creation using thier blood, and they should not be allowed to exist; however the stance has relaxed somewhat after the Domingo's insistance. They are still heavily mistreated and seen as abominations, once again giving the Domingo no place to safely call home.
