Cinnidh Chief

Clan leaders of the Onnarian/Ivorian Heathlands. They are not bound to any province and have held sway in these lands for centures, before the great war for gaul. The Cinnidh's have moved but a dense record is kept for historical purposes to show lineage and passing of titles. Cinnidh Chiefs can be of any race, as long as the people in charge were given the title through the Rite of the Cinnidh, where there are speicifc rules for passing on a title, or waging war to claim one. The Eastmonarch has held power over these clans as long as they swear to uphold the Rite. The Cinnidh Chiefs are the ones to vote if a successor is not clear in the Eastern Referendum. The Eastern Moot is entirely in the hands of these village leaders.   25 Cinnidh Chiefs
