Ned Tung (a.k.a. Lead)
Lead Tung, born Neddard Tung but now known only by the chilling moniker "Lead," is the mute and ruthless Crown Banker of Galfin. His tongue was violently removed by his fraternal twin brother Silvar during their youth, after a heated confrontation over a heist that would change their lives forever. Since that day, Lead has donned various metal jaws to cover his disfigurement—ranging from a sleek chrome jaw to a crude, jagged gladiator mask, each as imposing as the man who wears them. These metal jaws have become the signature of the Tung Gang, with his followers wearing their own versions as a sign of loyalty.
Despite the horrific injury, Lead is far from weak. A physically imposing Vohkin, Lead channels his silent fury into every aspect of his life. He communicates primarily through sign language, and when intimidation requires more than just his presence, a psionic mage speaks his thoughts aloud. Lead’s preference, however, is to write his offers in perfect, neat cursive before locking eyes with his potential clients—a terrifying gesture that rarely fails to win negotiations in his favour.
As the Crown Banker, Lead works alongside Oxford Regalsmith in Skygarde's wealthy Melrin District, overseeing financial dealings, gambling dens, and property schemes. Alongside his brother, Silvar, the Tung brothers orchestrate the city’s gang activity from the shadows, educating misguided youths to rob from their own rich families under the guise of wanting more from life. Though he brushes off the violent act that made him mute, Lead’s wrath is deadly if anyone dares insinuate that he is crippled, silencing them permanently.
Funded secretly by Eastking Addikus Windslayer, Lead's web of influence spans the highest circles of society while maintaining his roots in the criminal underworld. He is feared not only for his brute strength but for his silent, calculating mind—truly a man who lets his actions, and his pen, do all the talking.

Very physically fit vohkin man, has a few different replacement metal jaws to cover his missing jaw. has one that looks like a chrome chiseled jaw, one taht looks like scrap metal thrown together, one that is more of a gladiator mask and one is a demon mouth. The Tung Gang wear less chisseled silver jaws that resemble faces.
