​There is no organization in the Outsiders, if you are a petty thief, a bandit, or even a cyclops then you could be an Outsider. The Outsiders are a band of criminals spread all across Galfin. No leadership means that no great army of Outsiders will ever be a threat but little gangs spread all around the realm do cause some stress to the vast kingdoms.​
