People’s Tower
This is the tallest tower in the city and it is accessible to the public. It offers stunning panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. The tower is made of stone and has a spiral staircase that leads to the top. It is a popular attraction for tourists and locals alike.

Basement has a hidden entrance to the jailhouse. 1st floor has man guards and higher taxes. Guards ways up in a ladder.
2nd floor still has searches but less frequent,if you can sneak by the 1st floor then you are more likely to sneak contraband. 3rd floor has an express elevator and a doorman, no guards. The doorman can be paid off in case you need to avoid check points. Top floor in the entryway to the main castle.
