Gwynedd District
This district houses the castle and the ruling class. It is the highest point in the city and has a commanding view of the surrounding areas. The castle is heavily fortified and has multiple layers of defenses to protect the royal family.
Orion has a council of merchants and nobles that have his ear. There are also five Dwarven Viscounts that banter about the Dwarven alliance. The dwarves produce vast resources for the crown without issue or much tax while Skygarde protects the many dwarf enterprises
Beowulfan Castle is an imposing fortress that has stood for centuries, housing the city's ruling family. The People's Tower is a monument to the city's democratic ideals, while the Regalsmith Tower is where the city's finest weapons and armor are crafted. The Hall of the Dwarven Viscourt is where the dwarves who reside in the city come to discuss matters of trade and diplomacy.
Oxford Regalsmith plays a crucial role in the city's financial system, as he serves as the banker for both the crown and the Dwarven Viscounts. It sounds like he has a lot of influence and power in the city's economic affairs.

The castle is filled with important rooms such as the Hall of the Remembered, where statues of previous kings sit below a gallery of thrones for council meetings. The rest of the district is filled with estates belonging to the wealthiest families in the city, their lush gardens and towering mansions a testament to their wealth and power.
