Tombqueen Inanna Rhytyn
Tombqueen Inanna Rhytyn
Tombqueen Inanna Rhytyn, a revered and enigmatic ruler, ascended to the throne of Calua with a blend of charisma and calculated ambition. Born in 508 BHM to a line of respected leaders, she inherited her father’s political acumen and her grandmother Ghi’Nan’s spiritual legacy. With her striking light brown skin, flowing black hair often adorned with intricate jewelry, and deep orange eyes that reflected a wisdom beyond her years, she carried herself with unmatched regality. Inanna’s reign began in 467 BHM after the sudden death of her brother Kurum, but she quickly distanced herself from the shadowy counsel of the Unspoken, who had long guided her family from behind the scenes. Rejecting this ancient influence, she shifted her focus to pragmatic governance, creating the title of Chief Regrator to serve under the Oligarch and founding the Merchant Magnate Guild in 466 BHM, organizing Calua's wealth and resources under eight powerful magnates. Inanna believed commerce and wealth to be the true sources of power, driving her fiscal law. Despite her strong leadership, her reign was brief—she died mysteriously in 465 BHM within the heavily guarded halls of Odell. Her son Ammon, only 12 at the time, was taken in by the Unspoken, who sought to guide him back toward the legacy his mother had tried to reshape.
