Queen Milena Horzov previously known as Milena Saylin was the ruler of Bryarmoore prior to the vampire's conquest of the city, she fell in the Battle of Grelwood and re emerged as Vaard Horzov's Queen a few years later.
How she became a vampire remains a mystery however, some speculate that it was part of the pact she made with Vaard Horzov during the Battle of Grelwood to spare her people.
