The Ill Tide

The Ill Tide are an adventuring party within The Windblown , a larger adventuring guild currently overseeing the operations of the Second Echwink Expedition to Vardura. This disparate group, unknown to each other before signing up with The Windblown, got their nickname because of the propensity for endeavors they are involved with to go “sideways.” While steadfast in their commitment to getting the job done, their results often include unforeseen negative outcomes, referred to as “Ill Tidings.” While initially resentful of this nickname, the Ill Tide grew to become fond of it over time, reframing it as a badge of honor and proclaiming that the Ill Tide do not shy away from a task because of the possibility of mixed success.
