Eustace Osgood

Osgood is the Reeve of the King of the Albi in Hool Colony. He functions as the chief magister of the colony, and also presides over meetings of the Saltmarsh Town Council. While he does not appear to vote in its deliberations, his voice carries a great deal of weight, and he shapes the agenda of its meetings. Osgood met with *Manfred and some of his associates to discuss claims of the latter's inheritance of a mansion. Osgood acknowledged that the seal on the letter looked legitimate, and directed him to speak to Bartholomew Brocksby to try to determine what property the partially illegible letter referred to. Osgood is a man in his late 30s or early 40s. The way he carries himself suggests that he probably had a military background.
