Start on Mysteria after giving the party a few days of downtime (pg 127 DMG). Make note of any activities they're doing. Maybe they'll attend to the things in Antiokus from before. Ìmbrìl shows up.

Structure

Exposition

The War has waged since 427 NE, and has become untenable for both sides. The Dotharan Alliance has made significant gains however, in the previous 45 days (half a Feloran month). They are now poised to attack the city of Soren for the first time in the conflict, and the Sovereignty is rumoured to be pouring over old manuscripts in the Library of Lumöra, looking for ancient knowledge that might push the Dotharans back.   There has also been a disturbing pattern of accidental deaths of various Aeillan and Qua'adaran figures. No one too significant, but an Artenisian senator here, a Qua'adaran merchant with the ear of the King, just enough to cause some disruption to their economies and government. The Dotharan suspect the Sorenians.

Grand Feloran Canal

Primary location for the adventure. Everything here is within a day's journey from the Staging Ground. Leswena's Aqueduct: A beautiful, 380m long aqueduct feeding water from the canal to the irrigation network of the fields of Soren. Dating back to the canal's completion, it is almost 5,000 years old. It is named for the 2nd Steward of Felora, Crown Princess Leswena Miranelis.
Dotharan Staging Ground: Battlemap needed. The campsite of the Dotharan army & navy. Formerly the junction between the Grand Canal and smaller Chèk'tìl Canal. There are docks meant for loading and unloading between the larger merchant vessels and smaller local barges.
Lumoran Barracks & Canal Locks: Battlemap needed.  

Port City of Til Formen'ya

A week's journey from the Dotharan Staging Ground.   Chambers of the Oyelèu Dotharic: The headquarters of the Dotharan Council, the Alliance's legislative and executive authority.  

Great City of Soren

A 3 day's journey from the Dotharan Staging Ground.
