Shoto

To the South East of Machar lies the vibrant island of Shoto. Covered in cherry blossom groves and mountains painted purple with wisteria, this island exudes grace. Controlled by the current Shogun Lady Ariko Hamada, Shoto is constantly trying to recconect with Amatsu.
Following the disappearance of Amatsu, the island of Shoto became briefly unstable. Left feeling abandoned, the people lashed out and were only unified by the idea that they could one day bring her back.
While it may boast one of the most magically gifted militaries, Shoto's focus is entirely religious, doing whatever possible to reconnect with their beloved Amatsu.
Current technological innovations attempt to harness the wind to create airships.
