Krita

A makeshift city of bandits, demons, devils, and other unsavory beings. It is located in what used to be Cheliax but is now desert known as the Demon Wastes. The Demon Wastes is a vortex of wild magic that has stripped it of most life but is mysteriously stable in Krita. The city is ruled by the an unknown entity called the Care Taker, who was said to have spies everywhere in the city and have something to do with the condition of the Demon Wastes. A Nabasu demon named Oggamuth speaks for the Care Taker and appears to rule in their place. Rumor around Krita is that Oggamuth uses the threat of this so called Care Taker to chase away more powerful demons and devils from attempting to take over the city.
