Lonjiku Kaijitsu

A surly, middle-aged man with a permanent scowl and a grating, snooty manner about him. Lonjiku Kaijitsu has the air of a wealthy and powerful man that wants you to be fully aware of just how far above you he stands.

Lonjiku Kaijitsu appears to be a man of means. He runs the Sandpoint Glassworks, which he claims is a very successful business. He was also important enough to have been one of the speakers selected for The Swallowtail Festival in the year of 4707 AR, but he missed the event when he fell ill.
On the night of Rova 25, 4707, Lonjiku appeared at The Rusty Dragon, the tavern owned by his daughter Ameiko. There, he antagonized a local group of adventurers and got in a loud fight with his daughter, though the exact contents of the fight remain unknown as it was largely in Minkaian.
