Azzagrat
Azzagrat, the golden city, is the heart of Graz'zt's multidimensional empire and one of the greatest cities in the cosmos, with the promise of debauchery, fortune, entertainment and gold for any who enter its gilded halls. It is the domain of the Abyss most friendly to outsiders, but mortals should be careful lest they find themselves trapped within the city of desire, both unwilling and unable to leave.
Demographics
Creatures of all races have found their way to the strange city of Azzagrat, and daemon and mortal alike walk alongside one another in an uneasy peace. Most of the races that make their home in Azzagrat have come unwillingly, as their homes have been drawn into the Abyss by Graz'zt's nefarious schemes.
Government
Graz'zt has total and absolute control of the city from within his Mirror Labyrinth, and the different layers of the city are delegated to his lieutenants to rule mostly as they see fit, with many lesser domains existing in addition to the greater ones. These lieutenants are:
- Aidoneus, the Gold Man, in Aplistiapolis
- Ishtakaraht the Great in the Flesh Markets
- Keyesha the Dancer in the Great Theaters
- Ser Aethelstrang the Noble in the City of Blades
- King Ashal the Broken in the City of Memory
- Eckesh-Temer the Dreamer in the City of Midnight
