Hunting Around in the Dark Report
General Summary
With a good night's sleep behind them, the gang approaches Lars Løkkehjul on his way to work. The confront him about the missing equipment and spices, and he avoid questions, telling them to meet him in his office where he can investigate the matters further. While the gang is distracting him, Elizabet steals his keys away to let Friedrich study it, and then puts his keys back in his pocket. Our gang is gifted with creative teamwork!
Moving their way over to Løkkehjul's house, Friedrich creates a copy of the key and unlocks the door. Entering the messy house with its questionable choice of kitcsh art hanging on the walls. Exploring the house, the Gang is attacked by two monstrously corrupted druids, who they repel with gusto and the aid of brother John.
Investigating the cellar, the party meet the shadow-form of Corpse Eater, who thanks them for their aid. As they prepare to move into the locked and barred cellar door, a voice within calls out. The Gang recognizes this as the voice of Emilie Hviid, who suggests a deal. If the Gang will leave her alone and let her slink out of Ravå after nightfall, she will give them proof that the Company is trading Mycaweed with the enemies of the Gold Empire. The Gang did not seem interested in this deal, and prepared to attack Emilie.
