Adis - Jewel of the Desert

The city is rumored to be the home to the assassins and thieves guild. If you want to get rid of someone you go to Adis to get it taken care of. Thieves roam the dark alleyways while knights and town guards walk the streets with a mutual understanding. On the edge of the city lies broken temple ruins called The Astral Basin, which appears restored upon the night of the full moon. No one goes near the ruins at night as no one understands (or wants to understand) the magic or curse involved with it.   The city of Adis is governed by a consortium of wealthy merchants, known as the Iron Court.
