Dietary Needs and Habits

Southern cuisine is heavily influenced by the sea surrounding the area; fish and other seafood is common. Also fruits are favored.
In central-Graelia grown food, such as potatoes and grain, are popular and it's most of the time all the people can afford. Some norster influence is visible.
In mostly norster populated areas humans eat the same food, that is very vegetable centered. Hunting game is also popular in the north. Traditional northern human food are such as fraun (species of ram) soup, ox in snowberry wine sauce and rye bread.

Beauty Ideals

Graelian men rarely let their hair grow past shoulders as long hair is a norster trait. Women also tie hair tightly away, not in norster braids.

Graeli is the commong tongue. Other languages Vivalic, Anglesh, Latfesh, Raven tongue

Common Dress Code

Nobles use their signed colors in clothing to indicate their family name. Wearing the colors without permission is usually punishable. Usually only royals get away with it. The great noble houses also have symbol animals that are often presented in their insignia. I.e Lerence family has a red fox, Calsend a hawk and Solowin Lion and Swan.
Commoners usually dress in neutral clothes.
In the north people wear furs to keep warm and in the south less clothing.
Armor is still quite commonly used as iron is cheap because Graelia is rich with it.

Culture and Cultural Heritage

Weaknesses Greed, lust for power. They have absolutely no natural resistance to magic nor any capability of performing it.
Most Graelians are dualistian by religion.
They have famous figures from history, later named Saints, who they respect and look up to. Naming a child after a Saint is believed to bring good fortune.
