Son of the Sky (a.k.a. Danje the Unbreakable)

Danje Oathkeeper, or as he is known to his people, Danje the Unbreakable, is the 11th and current Son of the Sky, warrior-king of Sonrheim. Danje was a controversial figure early in his reign, as if one were to take a tally, he has lost the largest number of fights and sparring matches out of any warrior in Sonrheim. He has also fought the most battles of any warrior in Sonrheim. Slowly over time, his boundless experience began to show itself. There came a day when Danje stopped losing, and he hasn't been defeated since. Danje is characterized by his unbreakable will. Even wounded and bloodied, he gazes unflinchingly at his target. He has internalized the lessons of every loss he sustained in his training, and come out a master warrior. Now, when he fights, Danje is a terrifying sight to witness. He shrugs off injuries that any other man would cry out in pain at. He fights unflinchingly with arrows in his chest. He stands back up after being run through with a spear. Some would claim his impossible strength is the will of Furiel, some would claim he himself is a god. Some call him immortal, some claim he is a cursed undead. But if you ask Danje himself, he will simply answer, "I hate losing".

Identifying Characteristics

Danje has a sturdy build, muscular but fast. Most of note are the many scars that cover his body. Danje has been wounded many times but always seems to recover from almost impossible injuries. Noticeable Scars:

A long cut across the front of his neck from having his throat slashed.
A scar that runs the circumference of his left forearm, where it was severed and then reattached.
A scar across the palm of his right hand from catching a blade barehanded.
A long diagonal scar across his chest that stretches from rib to collarbone
