Grand House Pichardi
The Grand House Pichardi serves as the predominant Elemental House of Grand Qourrend. Members of the House of Gold have reigned as the last 3 Sovereign Arkas of Grand Qourrend, and under their leadership the continent has entered an era of grand prosperity.
Members of House Pichardi are exclusively Mitre White-Gold Elemental Archons, and despite their prevalence in many of the highest offices of Grand Qourrend, they tend to be one of the least numerous Elemental Houses. Historians speculate this is due to fierce fear of competition among the nigh-immortal Archons made of pure gold, and instead of creating new competition the Archons of House Pichardi opt to instead only create new Archons as old ones are broken or if a particularly ambitious council of Archons devise a "more perfect" iteration of Pichardi Archon.
Members of House Pichardi can be found ruling large cities, well-decorated military forces, or their favorite: service as the director of a large bank or mercantile guild. The Pichardi have a distinct love for Gold, their namesake element, and unlike their other elemental kin they opt to collect and consolidate as much wealth as possible. This has in large part led to their growth as a major elemental House, as their wealth has enabled them to buy off armies, topple cities, and raise empires.
House Pichardi is currently ruled by Talgeresk Volglenthoth XVI, whom the Pichardi elemental lords carved from a block of pure Mitre White-Gold during a rush of inspiration following the destruction of his successor.
