The 16th Grand Soverign Arka of Qourrend was carved from a solid block of White Gleaming Mitre Gold. The latest Soverign Arka in a long line of Elemental Archon to rule over Grand Qourrend, Archon Talgeresk is considered to be the patron of developed cities, vast hordes of wealth, ancient magical knowledge, and has come to represent safety and prosperity among the Qourrendi.

Worship of Archon Talgeresk is incredibly common across Grand Qourrend, with many cities celebrating the Archon as their primary patron or even raising statues of the Archon in temples dedicated to other Deities. Despite this, the Archon is content to spend his days in his Mitre White-Gold palace on the Island of Mitre. The Archon rarely leaves his abode, and whenever he does it is considered a monumental occasion; however, when the Qourrendi are at risk from a vile threat, the Archon has been known to lead his armies to battle. He is fondly remembered by the Qourrendi populace as the Archon that finally pushed the Vaneldri from Rhyltos

Archon Talgeresk is from the Grand House Pichardi elemental house, and many a ruler of Qourrend can trace their roots of power back to the good graces of the Pichardi elementals. The Archon is quick to remind his vassals of this, and is known to lash out at those he does not believe give his House proper respect. Archon Talgeresk is specifically a Mitre White-Gold elemental which in turn bestows upon him a power ancient magical lore held only by the Pichardhi House.

Individuals instead rely on word of mouth which far too often over exaggerates Lord Talgeresk's divine nature, further feeding his power.
