Sitting atop the White-Gold tower in the city of Mitre is the ancient Silent Queen of Mitre, Tiziana Wovim. While the Queen may style herself as such, she holds no official title of nobility. An Elemental Archon, Tiziana watches over Grand Qourrend as a member of the Grand House Pichardi Elemental House. The Silent Queen is considered to be the patron of secrets, plots, mastery of skills, and exceptional performance.

Worship of the Silent Queen is infrequent across Grand Qourrend, as her nature innately makes her undiscovered by many. Tiziana is content to sit inside her White-Gold Tower in the city of Mitre and watch as the world around her changes. She has not been seen leaving her tower in the past 300 years, but it is rumored that her vast network of seekers and truthsayers constantly keep the Silent Queen several steps ahead of all secrets across Grand Qourrend.

The Silent Queen is from the Pichardi Grand Elemental House, and she currently serves as one of the longest-lived members of the Grand House. Many powerful would-be rulers have found themselves on the opposite end of the Silent Queen's plots, and it is rumored that not even a leaf falls from a tree on Grand Qourrend without the Silent Queen already being aware that it would fall.

The Silent Queen's followers make no official effort to print and share her holy scripts; however, it is rumored that those who ponder the greatest secrets of Grand Qourrend will, in one way or another, come across a perfectly kept script during their search for true secrets. Getting bestowed a copy of the scripts is viewed as one of the greatest blessings of the Queen, and to this date her followers have never willingly shared the scripts with someone to which they have already not been bestowed.

The Silent Queen's followers clad themselves in Silver to honor the Queen's silver complexion. Rumors across the land indicate that the Queen views Grand Qourrend through a species of silver ravens, and as such her followers often develop iconography of the elusive silver raven.
