ser Ashtin visits The Roost

Ser Ashtin Phyrefenn and his companions travelled to The Roost in search of Potential Allies to the Court of the King in Exile.
They found the town itself deserted, long picked clean of any resources. Outside of the town proper they found a manor home with signs of habitation, and on further investigation were taken to meet "Lord" Corren, an eccentric fellow who complained of predation on his flock of Basilisk by a group of The Yrrch from the Northern Spine. He asked ser Ashtin to visit the Yrrch and either drive them away from his lands or punish them somehow for their transgressions against him, in exchange for the surviving clutch of Basilisks.
When ser Ashtin investigated further, he found that the Yrrch had happened upon the flock of Basilisks in the fields above the town, and lost at least two dozen of their massive Bison in the confusion. The surviving four Yrrch had no intention of bothering the town further, but the knight knew Corren would not be satisfied unless they left, so he recruited them to the King's cause.
Of course, Corren was not impressed by this solution, so withdrew his support. In the night, however, before the party left, ser Jesmyn Lavon snuck into the manor and killed Corren, stealing away with all six of the remaining Basilisks.
