Ser Callor Perryn and their errantry party finally reached The Great Rift, the crater created by The King's Eye falling to the ground.
They found a massive crater of sand vitrified into glass, and at its center a chasm in the ground, with the light of the fallen star lighting it from far below.
They set out to skirt the chasm and find a way into the depths below.
