Letter from Emerald Enclave to Dwarven King

To be delivered to the address of the elected leader representing the Human/Dwarf resistance,
Tel’su na’ray, (May the stars bless this meeting) Men of the Stone
This message has been commissioned by the circle of elders representing the druidic society cited as the Emerald Enclave and by the protectors of Mythbelle.
I am the forest elf and esteemed performer Saltarius Arcturus Populus. I have departed the safety of my homeland with a promise of peace and an offer of assistance. We welcome your hospitality and hope you will consider our proposal.
The small force accompanying this letter is a demonstration of our influence and ability. The troop is inspired by one of our most talented enchanters and a future leader of the Enclave. He has been given authority to negotiate terms regarding the elven and druidic participation as part of a grand alliance; fighting against the approaching dragons and their probable destruction of your lands. Our requests are as follows.

• Following our victory against the approaching evil the Emerald Enclave will be granted the woodlands formally known as The Lonely Forest, Serpents Wood and Devils Wood. We feel given the damage inflicted to this natural resource over the last century, it is practical, reasonable and responsible for the Emerald Enclave to restore these lands to full health.
• We shall also be granted permission to establish royal embassies in the capital cities of dwarves and men. This will once again allow trade between our people opening the market for Dwarven Metalwork and Elven Artefacts to once again be exchanged in our marketplace.

If you accept these terms, the troop in front of you will be the first of many reinforcements we may supply. Given your recent losses and the approaching danger, we hope you accept these terms and allow us to supplement your forces.
