Letter from King Tis to the Emerald Enclave

Saltarius Arcturus Populus, and the Elven people
I, Tomagoddaris Copperheart, the Second King of Stoneview, accepts alliances with the elven folk, and appreciate their hand of help at our time of need. While I cannot promise the forest lands you desire or comment on the state of the woodland areas, I can promise that I will do all I can to save what we hold dear to us all. I firmly believe there is no better tennant than those of the Emerald Enclave and would feel safe and happy calling you our neighbours.
The Lonely Forest in particular is home to many small villages and settlements, which might take issue with a new neighbor in such close proximity, but I fear it’s too late for Devilwood and Serpent’s Wood. On our day of glory, we will work together to restore life and vibrancy back to the lands that is home to so many people.
For too long the Graatop Mountains have been a barrier between our people, and now, in our darkest hour we need to stand fast together. We would welcome your council and diverse views of the lands on whichever formal councils are established beyond the war.
