Greyhaven
Greyhaven is a small country situated at the western end of the Small Teeth Mountains, with Amn to the north and Muranndin to the south. The indigenous population is a mixture of Lightfoot and Stoutfolk Halflings.
The country is hard to reach as there is a coast (Sea of Swords) to the west, an inhospitable forest (Nightoak Forest) to the north, and an impassable mountain range (Small Teeth Mountains) that runs from the northeast to the southwest.
Travellers and traders can reach the country by sea via the main port (Gull Bay) halfway down the coast. This was previously a small fishing village but has expanded rapidly. A new port (Sowport) to the south is newly constructed.
Rangers are exploring the edges of the Nightoak Forest to try to find a suitable place to clear through and build a road. The mountain range is lower to the north, where a pass is being built.
Near the centre of the country is the old market town (Lavender Bank). A more human focused market town has developed nearby (Newmart) and a rich suburb (Highton). Scattered between the market towns, forest, coast and the mountains are groups of farming settlements (Bronly, Lavender Dale, Elmbank, Crowford, etc.).
The mining activity is to the southern end of the mountain range, with 3 mines and a new town (Cragside), where the miners live.
In the northwest is woodland (Spotter Wood). The Ash Hills are situated south of the Gull Bay to Lavender Bank trade road. To the North East of central Greyhaven are the High Hills, with Hightop summit and the High Dales.
