On the opposite side of Lavender Run to Lavender Bank. All of the buildings are newly contructed and most of the shops and offices are related to construction, transport, mining, etc.
The Forgotten Helmet tavern is on the corner of the Main Street and Transit Way, the Newmart Watch Station  is on the opposite corner.
