Lord Egan Chelsea Lassiter (a.k.a. The Hidden Hand)

The cunning mastermind of several plots against the folk of Saltmarsh turned out to be none other than one of its own councilmen, the Lord Egan Lassiter. This master manipulator and Necromancer of no minor skill was adept at misdirection, blackmail, and at using pawns to achieve his own ends. There are rumors, though it has never been proven, that Lord Lassiter may have even been working with the warlock, Sir Pelliton, to destabilize the region and claim power in the chaos it created.
Lord Lassiter was slain by the Lords of Overwatch in his own crypt of a lair, but his legacy lives on, both in the undead "children" he left behind, and as the subject of a book by his former council counterpart, Hoskin Lashti.
