Knight-Barony of Gerorgos
Overview
Nested in the forested hills of the Lorridges lies the Barony of Gerorgos. The hills provide the citizens of Gerorgos an easily defendable position, and te population exhibits a strong independent streak in keeping with the terrain they live in. The hills that help protect this barony are also its greatest weakness; bandits and raiders are common, and monsters still lurk in undiscovered dells and warrens. The new ruler of Gerorgos is the young red-haired baroness, Karina Sedrin. She is the eldest of two offspring of the former baron, Elrad Sedrin, who died of a mysterious illness not too long ago. Elrad’s wife, Abia, entered the Monastery of Serene Thought in Helbek in anguish over the death of her husband, thus propelling her daughter into control. Karinais inexperienced, but she has shown great wisdom in her rule so far, and her subjects truly like her.
