The Ruins of the Icebloom
The Icebloom is considered to be the location where the The Eternal Resting Flower and The Withering Chill first made themselves known to the elves of The Blooming Forest, beginning the faith of The Flower Reincarnate and starting the tradition of the deities living among their people in each generation. It is noteable that at this time, the Icebloom was already a ruin, although its name and purpose were unknown. It was given the name of Icebloom as a sign of respect towards the deities, and was often used as a place of pilgramage for certain ceremonies in the faith.
In recent memory, a new offshoot of the Flower Reincarnate, The Root of the Bloom, has taken up residence here. This divergent sect places a higher value on discovering the history of their faith than the mainstream religion does. They use a deep meditative state and the magic that is available here to try and reach into the past and commune with the spirits of their deities past.

History
Many generations ago, a group of nomadic elves ventured to the ruin after collectively recieving a vision of the place. When they got there they encountered the Eternal Resting Flower and the Withering Chill, who opened their minds to the world of magic that had always surrounded them, but had gone unseen.
