Grim Radio

The Grim Radio is an artifact that, while gruesome in its usage, does not present as a great risk of bleed the way other artifacts might. It's primary usage is to commune with the dead. When plugged into a corpse, it is able to play the voice of the deceased person. After its use, the body then visibly and fully exsanguinates. Once used on a corpse, The Grim Radio cannot be used again on the same body.

Game Mechanics

Roll Sense to use. Mixed success grants one question, full success three questions. Can only be used on bodies once.

Significance

The Grim Radio was utilized by Chester Hansen, a serial killer in Red Lamp , so that he could hear the screams of his victims as he mutilated their bodies postmortem. It is now in the possession of Candela Obscura, specifically the Circle of Chaos & Ash.
