The Circle of Chaos & Ash was brought together by circumstance and the ties that have formed between them over the course of their lives. Their individual circumstances attracted the attention of Candela Obscura, which eventually brought them all together as a circle.
This group largely regards their relationship with Candela Obscura as an organization as largely transactional, at least in these early days. They are working with Candela Obscura in order to achieve goals of their own.
