Apart of the Scalyearan ethnic family, many believe they descend from ancient Scalyearan explorers who landed on the island, and either couldn't make it off, or didn't want to.

Medieval era technology.

Common Dress code

Most Qaeuls wear little clothes, usually only enough to cover themselves, while others wear nothing at all. In recent years, they have come to merge with the Scalyearan culture and developed a clothing style that covers a little more.
