Tzikas
The Tzikas Archipelago is a series of four crag-like islands west of Almor. The archipelago is often epitomized by its rocky islands, hilly terrain, and tall, jagged coastlines. The climate is cooler and the islands receive massive amounts of rain and other precipitation yearly, leaving the northernmost islands almost constantly covered in snow. The northern islands are almost entirely mountainous and covered in snow while the southern islands have sparse woodlands with large evergreens and pines making up the majority of tree species in Tzikas. Castles and keeps are often built on or around mountains, and the people of Tzikas, the Naadi people as well as the Opix, pride themselves on their impressive architecture as they build massive towns inside of or on top of the jagged mountains of the archipelago. Most of their architecture utilizes massive blocks of stone and banners/tapestries often make up most decorations. As many of their structures are inside of or built into mountains or cliffs, much of the decorative aspects of their architecture come from stone carvings as well as their tapestries and banners. Tzikas is entirely under the control of the Yika Amku, a feudalistic monarchy which united the various clans and kingdoms of Tzikas nearly 400 years ago.
