Ueda Tara
Ueda Tara is the beloved and respected Hapus Pixxogiopo of the Ŕudfenian Amku. He is a middle-aged man of Naadi descent, specifically from the southern coast of Almor. He is mostly unassuming in appearance as he, visually, is no more than your average southern Naadi male. He is of average build, height, and weight and really can only be distinguished from those around him due to his attire. He is widely respected and adored by his people who see him as a forward-thinking and intelligent man due to his reforms and desire to foster a cultural and artistic renaissance. Ueda enjoys visitation and public gatherings, often allowing visitors to come see him in his palace or traversing the capital city himself to speak with his people directly.
Ueda is a kind man, seen by many as one of the most benevolent rulers in the entirety of Halth'aire. He is said to practice magic and have a strange and unnatural affinity to abjuration magic, adding to his image as not only a proponent of cultural advancement but also a stalwart, unwavering, and powerful ruler who aims to defend his people and nation above all else. Personally, Ueda is kind, wise, and generally in a good mood, but suffers from damaging migraines and bouts of overwhelming grief that force him into solitude for months at a time. While many see this as an example of his humanity, furthering his "among the people" image, others question his ability to rule as his condition seems to worsen.
