The capitol city of Odril, Blackcrag has lived in the sky for almost 5000 years.
Built by the third group of the Magus Consortium in honor of Archmage Fertz Blackcrag, the city's primary focus is education and artistry.
Like all of the floating cities, Blackcrag is held aloft by magical crystals found in the depths of a crater left behind by a meteor from ages past.
