Serekela

Serekela is a cardinal-level position, responsible for the management of all the temples & bishops in one Larani diocese. This is typically a lifetime appointment - it can only be removed by the Primate. When a dioces needs a new Sereka, a Rekela is promoted to the position by the Primate.
